ehaat7 is a multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace where independent sellers (vendors) can list and sell their products to customers.

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the platform under supervision.
  • All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if any violation is detected.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

3. Terms for Vendors (Sellers)

Registration:
Vendors must provide valid business, identity, and contact information to operate on the platform.

Commission:
ehaat7 will charge a commission (fixed or category-based) on each successful order.

Product Listings:

  • Vendors must ensure all product information is accurate and not misleading.
  • Uploading illegal, counterfeit, or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
  • For fashion/apparel categories, use of human faces or models in product images is not allowed.

Order Fulfillment:
Vendors are responsible for packaging, shipping, and timely delivery of products.

Withdrawals:

  • Vendors can request withdrawals after reaching the minimum balance (e.g., 50 BDT).
  • Orders must be marked as “Completed” before withdrawal eligibility.

4. Terms for Customers (Buyers)

  • Buyers must provide accurate shipping address and contact details.
  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after processing (unless stated otherwise).
  • Any complaints must be submitted according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payments and Delivery

We support multiple payment options including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer / Mobile Banking

Delivery time may vary depending on vendor location and courier service performance.
ehaat7 is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

6. Reverse Withdrawal Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where vendors receive full payment:

  • Vendors must pay the admin commission within the defined period (e.g., 7 days).
  • Failure to do so may result in:
    • Temporary suspension of the vendor account
    • Restriction on product sales or checkout functionality

7. Return, Refund & Cancellation

  • Returns and refunds are handled based on our official Return & Refund Policy.
  • ehaat7 reserves the right to verify claims before approving refunds.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must NOT:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

Violation may result in permanent account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

ehaat7 acts as a marketplace platform only.
We are not directly responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Vendor behavior
  • Delivery issues caused by third-party couriers

However, we will try our best to resolve disputes fairly.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or misuse your data without consent.

11. Modifications

ehaat7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
