1. Order Cancellation

  • By the Customer: Customers can cancel an order only before the vendor has processed or shipped the item. Once an order is marked as “Shipped” or “In Transit,” it cannot be canceled.
  • By the Vendor/Admin: ehaat7.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the customer.

2. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Customers may request a return within a specific timeframe (e.g., 7 days) after receiving the product.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Visual Requirements: For fashion and apparel items, returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged or altered. Please note that we maintain a “human-free” visual standard; all product queries and return evidence must focus on the product itself.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products, may not be eligible for return.

3. Refund Policy

  • Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method of Refund: If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment or as store credit.
  • Timeline: Depending on the payment gateway or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake by the vendor (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors are responsible for managing their individual return requests through the Dokan vendor dashboard.
  • If a vendor fails to resolve a valid return request, ehaat7.com admin reserves the right to intervene and process a refund from the vendor’s balance.
